Where It Started
ATHLETE. SOLDIER. MEDIC.
I grew up an athlete. I competed through high school, then enlisted in the Army as a Combat Medic with 1st Battalion, 36th Infantry Regiment, 1st Armored Division. Whether I was providing care in the battalion aid station, supporting units in the field for days on end, or treating casualties in the arid Afghan heat, I learned the human body from the inside out—anatomy, injury, recovery, and performance. That's when I started taking strength training seriously.
The Fall
THEN I LOST MYSELF.
After the military, I made choices that took me down the wrong path. I lost myself in a toxic relationship. I fought for freedom overseas. Then I lost my own. When I finally turned my life around, I was heavier than I'd ever been, divorced, and barely recognized the man staring back at me.
The Turn
I CHOSE TO REBUILD.
While I was in jail, I had a choice: waste the time or rebuild my life. I chose to rebuild. I immersed myself in training, nutrition, psychology, discipline, and personal growth. I studied relentlessly, determined to leave with more knowledge, discipline, and purpose than I had when I walked in.
The Comeback
JUNE 2024.
In June 2024, the comeback began. I committed fully. I bought a home, started volunteering in my community, and cut out everything that was holding me back. I showed up every day—especially on the days I didn't want to. One year later, I'd lost over 50 pounds through diet and exercise alone, become stronger than I'd been in more than a decade, and started building a new life from the foundation of the old one.
Today
NOW I'M SHARING THE BLUEPRINT.
Today, I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I built this coaching business for the people who see themselves in my story—people who need proof that it's never too late to rebuild.
I've lived it.
Now I'm sharing the blueprint.
