02 / Credential Stack
Every block of programming traces back to a specific qualification — not a philosophy, not a template library.
High-threshold nervous system & compound lift programming.
Movement compensation, mobility restriction, and joint-friendly loading.
General macro framing and behavioral friction-mapping.
03 / How It Works
A full mobility and movement screen. We map where force leaks, where range is missing, and which links in the chain are compensating — before a single set is programmed.
$75 · Credited to Month 1Your screen notes become a 90-day build: compound lift progressions, corrective exercise for the compensations we found, and macro framing that fits your actual week.
Application-only after screenWe re-run the screen against your baseline. What improved gets loaded heavier. What stalled gets rebuilt. Adaptation stays measured, not assumed.
Ongoing coaching cycle04 / Before You Book
Coaching is delivered 1:1 on a private floor — no crowded gym waiting on a rack, no class format. The exact address is confirmed when your assessment is booked.
Las Vegas, Nevada · In-person 1:1 · By appointment
We don't guess or sell drop-in hourly workouts. We look at how you actually move first. Forty-five minutes of movement screening tells us more about what your training should look like than any intake questionnaire can.
No. The full $75 is credited to your first month of coaching. If you decide the fit isn't right, you still leave with your screen findings.
If we're a fit, you're invited to apply for the 90-Day Athletic & Body Recomp Blueprint. It's application-only — the screen has to come first, and not every screen leads to an invitation.
No. There's no hourly menu and no drop-in cart here. The model is a movement screen followed by a programmed block, because that's what actually changes how you move and how you train.
Pain is a medical matter, and a coach isn't the right first stop for it. See a physician or physical therapist and get cleared for exercise. Once you're cleared, that's where the CES credential comes in — the screen looks at mobility restriction and movement compensation, and training gets programmed around whatever restrictions your provider gives you.
This page is for in-person work only. Remote coaching runs on a separate application track — see the remote page.
