Remote Track · By Application

Remote coaching is earned, not purchased.

There is no self-checkout here and no program to add to a cart. Remote coaching is a limited application track, because coaching a lift you can't see demands more screening, not less.

01 / What Applying Involves

Three gates before a program is written.

Consultation call

A short call to cover your training history, any injuries you've had cleared by a provider, equipment access, and what your week actually allows. This is where fit gets decided — in both directions.

Video movement screen

You film a specified set of positions and lifts. The same CES lens used on the private floor in Las Vegas gets applied to the footage — movement quality, range restriction, and where force is leaking.

Blueprint or a straight no

If the screen supports remote work, you're invited onto a programmed block with scheduled re-tests. If it doesn't — if what you need is hands-on coaching, or a licensed provider — you'll be told that instead of sold something.

02 / Start

Recommended · Las Vegas

Train in person instead.

If you're in the valley, skip the application track entirely. The 45-minute in-person movement assessment is faster, more thorough, and the fee is credited to your first month.

Outside Las Vegas

Request the consultation.

Bring your history and your schedule. No payment is collected on this call — it exists to determine whether remote coaching can actually serve you.

Coaching is education and programming within NASM CPT, CES, and CNC scope — not medical care, physical therapy, or clinical dietetics. Nothing here diagnoses or treats any condition. If something in your screen needs a physician, physical therapist, or registered dietitian, you'll be referred rather than programmed around.
