Keep Going Fit is operated by Keep Going Wellness LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through keepgoingfit.com.

By using this website or submitting information through our forms, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you:

• Complete our trial intake and PAR-Q form (name, date of birth, phone, email, emergency contact, health history and physical condition disclosures, liability waiver agreement, photo and video consent preference, an Instagram handle if you choose to provide one, and your signature)
• Submit an organization inquiry form (name, organization, role, email, phone, organization type, participant count, program interest, timeframe, and any message you include)
• Book a session or consultation through Calendly (name, email, phone, responses to booking questions)

We do not automatically collect cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics data beyond what Netlify's hosting infrastructure logs as standard server traffic (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

Health Information

Some of our intake forms collect health-related information including physical condition disclosures and exercise history. This information is used solely to inform coaching and training programming. It is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for any purpose other than delivering the services you've requested.

Keep Going Fit provides fitness and wellness coaching services and does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, or medical nutrition therapy.

Photos, Video, and Social Tagging

Our intake form asks whether you consent to your photos or video being used in brand content. If you choose "coaching use only," your images are kept for coaching purposes and not published.

If you consent to brand use, you may optionally provide an Instagram handle so we can tag you in reels or posts where you appear. Providing the handle is entirely voluntary, and leaving it blank means we will not tag you. You can withdraw either your photo and video consent or your tagging preference at any time by contacting us.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and booking requests
• To deliver coaching, training, and nutrition services
• To communicate service updates, scheduling, and program information
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Calendly — appointment scheduling (calendly.com/privacy)
• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Zoom — virtual sessions and consultations (zoom.us/privacy)

Forms submitted on this website are processed by Netlify and delivered to us by email. Stripe and Zoom are not used on this website itself — payment and virtual sessions are handled outside the site, and you reach them through the Calendly booking links on our services page.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver services and comply with applicable legal requirements. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us directly.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Adults Only

Our coaching services are offered to adults aged 18 and older, and our intake forms are intended for adult clients only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
